Tredcor Zimbabwe Limited is a Zimbabwean registered company that trades as Trentyre Zimbabwe. The company was established in 1996 as a partnership between the multinational tyre distribution and re-treading subsidiary of the world-renowned tyre manufacturer, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, and Zimbabwean company, Clan Services Limited. In October 2014, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company disposed of its shareholding in Tredcor Zimbabwe, and Clan Services, which was part of Unifreight Africa Limited, and it became the major shareholder In June 2021, Trentyre Zimbabwe was acquired by Zimplow Holdings Limited, a Zimbabwean diversified industrial group with interests in agriculture, engineering, and financial services.
